ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

NCRA and its subsidiaries will conduct business in a manner that respects health, safety and the environment.

We are committed to:

  • Providing a safe and healthy, workplace for all employees.
  • Providing safe and healthy locations for customers, clients, business associates and contractors to conduct business.
  • Conducting our business with regard for the environment, health and safety of the communities in which we operate.
  • Meeting or exceeding the requirements of all applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining effective emergency preparedness and response systems.
  • Considering the environment, health and safety in all business decisions.
  • Minimizing waste generation, discharges and emissions, and handling waste in a responsible manner.
  • Working with governments and other stakeholders to develop balanced environmental, health and safety programs.

This policy applies to NCRA and Jayhawk Pipeline, L.L.C., including:

  • Directors, officers and employees
  • Facilities
  • Business activities

NCRA and its subsidiaries assign the following responsibilities to uphold the corporation's environment, health and safety standards:

  • Senior management is accountable for the implementation and enforcement of this policy.
  • The Environment, Health & Safety Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of corporate compliance standards, guidelines and monitoring systems.
  • Supervisors will ensure that employees are properly trained and equipped to meet their responsibilities under this policy.
  • Employees must be aware of and comply with environment, health and safety policies applicable to his or her duties.
  • Every director, officer and employee must report suspected violations of this policy.
